Each user must create their own account. Only one user is allowed per an account.
If you are purchasing training for your employees, here are the steps:
- You must purchase at least 2 training programs to be issued a token which may be redeemed by your employee(s).
- Register your information
- We will email you your token number and instructions which you may forward to your employee(s). The token may be used for every training that you purchased.
How to Redeem a Token
- Click 'Buy Training' & add to cart your training
- Add your token number on the right hand side
- Register your information
- Begin your course
If you are purchasing training for yourself, here are the steps:
- Select the training you wish to take
- Register with account and billing information
Refund Policy
- If an online training order is cancelled after you have made payment but before you attempt to take the training, ATC Eclipse will refund your order amount upon receipt of a written request to eclipse.training@ecseclipse.com.
- No refunds will be issued for failure to pass final examination.
- ATC Eclipse will not grant a refund under any of the additional following circumstances: Certificates issued, training completion reported, course completed.
